We incorporate evidence-based approaches to support clients as they process their trauma in a safe and supportive environment where they can feel supported, seen, heard, and validated.

Our LADCs are trained and experienced with evidence-based practices to help your struggles with substance and behavioral addictions.

FAQ: How much does therapy cost ?

Answer: Your cost for therapy will vary depending on your insurance coverage. Clients who wish to pay out of pocket (also referred to as ‘self pay’) will receive provider rate information during their initial free consultation. The average cost of a 55 minute session is about $250.00.

FAQ: Is therapy confidential?

Answer: Yes, therapy is confidential. As a therapist, I adhere to strict ethical guidelines and laws regarding client confidentiality.
Many of our providers are members of the communities they serve. Providers will never address you as a client outside of sessions in order to protect your privacy.
